Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with our product, please contact our Customer Service department to enquire about an exchange or return within 30 days of your original purchase date (less shipping & handling, and the price of any parts that were damaged by your inappropriate usage or mishandling by shipping carrier). Please Note: E-liquids (unopened or not) and used clearomizers, tanks, and cartomizers are not eligible for returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. If your item is defective, we offer a Thirty (30) Day Limited Warranty.
Limited Warranty
We offers a Thirty (30) Day Limited Warranty. For a period of thirty (30) days we guarantee that products purchased from us will be free from defects in material workmanship under normal use and service for the product’s lifecycle, according to product usage documentation. This warranty does not cover any defects or damages on products that have been lost, misused, improperly or inadequately maintained, or modified. The warranty lasts for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, however products are limited to a maximum of two (2) replacements on any given item. The item must be ruled defective by our Support Team and will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory. Replacement or upgrade of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. 3rd party products typically include a manufacturer’s warranty, in which case you must directly contact the manufacturer of the product for warranty replacements.
Limitation of Liability
Healthy Support USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Healthy Support USA, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Healthy Support USA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Healthy Support USA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Healthy Support USA, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Healthy Support USA, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
